Additionally, the tweed has been treated with a Teflon fabric protector, which creates a protective barrier around each fiber to help fend off water, dirt, and stains without affecting the fabric's weight, look, feel, color, or breathability.

The jacket's features include a wind-stopper sleeve cuffs, two hand-warmer pockets, two front bellow pockets with snap tabs for quick access, and an inside zipped pocket. The heavy-duty brass two-way zip closure is reinforced with a studded storm flap, and the jacket also features a detachable throat flap for added protection against the elements. The seams on the shoulders have been reinforced for durability, and the jacket is filled with 70g of padding for warmth.
